Terms & Conditions

  • To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking if your booking is made more than a month out from your arrival
  • If your booking is made within a month of arrival the full payment is required
  • If your plans change, this is fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival
  • If cancellations are received between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total cost will be charged
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of your stay, in line with New Zealand Lodge Association policy
  • If you leave early or stay less than your reserved time, no refunds will be given
  • For Self-Catering rentals a Bond is required
